Our passion for outstanding cuisine is lead by our head chef Mark; classically trained and a master of his profession his first position was based in the kitchen of the London Hilton on Park Lane before moving to the Berkeley in Knightsbridge.
Jenny brings a vast wealth of experience of the hotel industry, having worked at establishments in Harrogate and London before moving to Stratford upon Avon working at Billesley Manor (as an assistant manager where she predominantly handled and organised both intimate and larger more complex weddings).
